Tiisi needs a new word to describe what she's feeling

Tissi is amazing. Really, she is, I’m not just saying that. She is very wise…going through a lot makes a person that way. Sometimes people are bitter and judgemental when they go through little things and feel “picked on” by life…not our Tiisi! She knows how to survive the really big stuff, so the little stuff is in perspective for her.

She takes what she needs from life’s experiences and leaves the rest behind…realizing that not all others have survived as much as she has, so they might not have the same perspective.

She is a wealth of knowledge, understanding, compassion, and at the same time, she doesn’t take any crap. I like that, she is a perfect balance, in my opinion=)

She has her own principals, but never imposess them on others. I think that is her finest quality.

Having her for a friend makes life richer, keeps us in check, and helps us grow individually…friends like that should be treated as rare treasures…

Tiisi is a diamond, not in the rough ( though I suspect she was at one time since, after all, all diamonds begin as a lump of coal) She is beautifully faceted, set in the finest refined gold, and always there waiting to adorn her friends in splendour.

She
is willing to expose the highs and lows of her life for consideration by this community.
writes eloquently, intelligently and passionately.
seems to make the most of every experience.
promises conversations filled with laughter and insight.

One of the reasons I gush over Gypsy’s pictures is that she’s that rarest of creatures whose physical body perfectly reflects her spiritual and emotional bodies. There’s the mischief and the honesty that manages to be both vulnerably naked and not intrude on anyone else’s view of the world, the sensuality and the intelligence, the humour and the willingness to delve into the deepest questions of being a human living here, living now. I know that if I ever was lucky enough to meet this woman on the other side of the world, I’d walk into her arms with complete comfort, knowing I was safe…and about to have a damn good time!

She is thoughtful, articulate, funny and intelligent. She is in complete harmony with her inner beast, and she taught me to reframe my laziness as languidity which makes me feel SO much better!!

Ti is outgoing and shy, strong and vulnerable, deep and hilarious – all at the same time! I love that!

She puts what I’ve thought (and felt) into words—something I’d dare not do at times—and she does it beautifully.

I can’t count the times when I’ve thought, “Ah, that’s how you say it.”

I’m in awe of her and think she is an absolutely wonderful person.

She has the most unusual and charming way with words!

Tiisme is so wonderful, inspirational, courageous, spontaneous, funny as all get out…and supportive…

No…she is beyond supportive…how many people would put aside their own personal convictions in order to support someone else in an endeavour she, herself, is morally opposed to? Our Tiisme, that’s who. And still, she manages to not compromise her own beliefs.

She has uncompromising character, strength, and elegance. I am so honoured to know her=)

I admire jenniferparis because she retains her sweetness and sense of humor in the midst of a busy, sometimes chaotic, sometimes pain-filled life. She pursues her art and her friendships with passion. There is a gentleness in this very determined woman that makes me want to curl up in her little apartment, right next to her cat, and drift into sleep to the sound of the sewing machine…

She wrote a novel! And she inspired me to want to become a mysterious Islandic Jetsetter. I know it may never happen…but it is fun to dream!
